Due to the nature of these devices (people dropping, putting them in their pockets, etc..) we have a warranty policy in place to insure that you are protected from device failure or any issues that may arise from manufacturer defect. The policy reads as such:
Batteries, Mods, and Accessories: Warranty lasts 30 days from purchase and covers electronic/mechanical failure only. If obvious signs of physical damage are present, a return/exchange will not be available for that device. THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT/PROOF OF SALE IS REQUIRED SO KEEP YOUR TICKET! IF THE SALE WAS A CREDIT CARD THE ORIGINAL CARD MUST
BE PRESENT TO RETURN A DEVICE.
Atomizers, Tanks, Clearomizers: Due to the nature of these devices a 3 day warranty is in effect. (most online companies consider these devices DOA and do not give refunds or exchanges on them).
